Day 1 Meet at the group hotel in Kathmandu. A single Kathmandu Airport group transfer is provided.
DAY 2 Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2610m) beside the Dudh Kosi River.
DAY 3 Trek to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar (3400m). Rest of the day free to relax or explore.
DAY 4 In Namche Bazaar with an optional acclimatisation walk for Everest view Hotel.
DAY 5 Trek to Thyangboche (3860m).
DAY 6 Trek to Dingboche (4410m).
DAY 7 Imja Valley or Nangkarsang Ri acclimatisation walk with great views. Return to Dingboche.
DAY 8 Trekking beside the Khumbu Glacier to the lodges at Lobuche (4910m)
DAY 9 Trek to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorak Shep (5140m).
DAY 10 Optional Kala Patar for the sunrise. Then breakfast and trek down to Pheriche (3940m).
DAY 11 Trek to Namche Bazaar.
DAY 12 Trek downhill beside the Dudh Kosi River, with a final short climb to Lukla.
DAY 13 Fly back to Kathmandu. Time for sightseeing and relaxing.
DAY 14 Group departure from Kathmandu.
